My professional journey began in retail and evolved through roles in visual merchandising, marketing, and operations—shaping my deep understanding of how people interact with both physical and digital products.

From Retail to Research.

I currently serve as a Customer Business Solutions II at Wilbur-Ellis, where I identify pain points and translate user feedback into process improvements and internal tools—blending research, and cross-functional collaboration in a complex B2B/B2C environment.

Translating insight to solutions.

My studies helped me understand how to adapt strategies across global markets—a skill I’ve applied in roles from Retail Manager to Digital Marketing, where I contributed to cost-saving initiatives and stakeholder growth.

Fluent in Spanish and passionate about accessibility, I bring a user-first mindset to everything I do—whether designing interfaces, building content strategies, or supporting multilingual clients.

Recently, I’ve honed my UX skill set through hands-on design training and real-world projects that included whiteboarding sessions, journey mapping, wireframing, and usability testing. At COOP Careers, I led workshops using design thinking and user personas to create marketing campaigns rooted in real user needs—bridging the gap between strategy and human-centered design.
